5. Payment Terms

•All payments are processed securely through Stripe
•Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
•You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard
•Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

6. Usage Limits

Usage limits are enforced based on your subscription tier:

•Free accounts are limited to 3 analyses per month
•Paid accounts have limits based on their subscription tier
•Excessive use beyond plan limits may result in service restriction

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AIRanker to:

✗Analyze websites you don't own or have permission to analyze
✗Attempt to reverse engineer our analysis algorithms
✗Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
✗Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

8. Limitation of Liability

AIRanker provides analysis tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing our suggestions. Use of our service is at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our service.
